A little bit spooky, a whole lot of cookies. This platter is six dozen mini cookies piled high and topped with five hand-decorated 2" Halloween cookies.
The mini cookie mix includes snickerdoodle, molasses, apple butter cinnamon, spiced orange, Halloween cookies & cream, and black cocoa M&M monsters. Then comes the fun part: five hand-decorated minis — two ghosts, a jack-o’-lantern, a bat, and a black cat — made with a mix of vanilla and chocolate doughs.
It’s basically a Halloween party in cookie form. 🎃👻🐈⬛
***A note about the black icing: 🖤 I use black cocoa to help deepen the color without having to rely on a ton of food coloring. If you’ve never had black cocoa before, it’s the cocoa used to make Oreos! Any cookie with black icing will have that delicious, slightly chocolatey black cocoa flavor.
