This one is seriously extra. A two-foot skeleton made entirely out of cookies, nestled into a mountain of mini cookies.
The platter starts with six dozen mini cookies — snickerdoodle, molasses, apple butter cinnamon, spiced orange, Halloween cookies & cream, and black cocoa M&M monsters — piled high around 11 hand-decorated skeleton cookies, ranging from 3"–6" and made with a mix of vanilla and chocolate doughs.
It’s pretty much everything I love about Halloween on a platter!
***A note about the black icing: 🖤 I use black cocoa to help deepen the color without having to rely on a ton of food coloring. If you’ve never had black cocoa before, it’s the cocoa used to make Oreos! Any cookie with black icing will have that delicious, slightly chocolatey black cocoa flavor.
